dc.description.abstractAutism significantly impacts a child's social development, communication, and behavior, involving abnormalities in verbal and nonverbal communication, social interaction, play, emotions, and sensory perception. Children with autism need specialized therapy programs, and every child has the right to appropriate education, including those with special needs. Autism Care Facilities aim to provide adequate educational support for individuals with autism. This research aims to optimize the physical environment to support the development of children with autism, focusing on communication, social interaction, play, emotional management, and sensory perception, based on behavioral architecture principles. Using a qualitative descriptive methodology and literature studies, this study examines optimal spatial requirements for children on the autism spectrum, considering their unique behaviors and needs.en_US
