Inadequate fertilization results in a lack of nutrients in the soil, thus inhibiting plant growth and resulting in low production of mung bean crops in Indonesia. Inorganic fertilizers used in fertilization practices are commonly used in agriculture. But the continuous use of inorganic fertilizers can result in damage to the soil. for this reason, it is necessary to combine organic and inorganic fertilizers, one of the inorganic fertilizers is banana hump liquid organic fertilizer. This research was conducted on community land in Pasar 1 Tanjung Sari, Medan Sunggal District, Medan City, Sumatera Utara Province with an altitude of ± 25 meters above sea level in October-December 2023. The research used a non factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replication and 7 treatments, namely concentration and application time of banana hump liquid organic fertilizer consisting of 0 ml/L; 15 ml/L at 7 days after planting (DAP); 15 ml/L at 14 DAP; 15 ml/L at 21 DAP; 25 ml/L at 7 DAP; 25 ml/L at 14 DAP; 25 ml/L at 21 DAP. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer of banana hump 25 ml/L at 21 DAP had a significant improved on plant height, crown and root dry weight, flowering age, number of filled pods per sample, seed weight per sample, seed weight plot and dry weight of 100 seeds.en_US
