dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine the growth and production of 2 varieties of sorghum at 4 levels of vermicompost fertilizer treatment. This research was conducted on the BMKG Land Class 1 Climatology Station in North Sumatra. Jl. Raya Meteorology No. 17 Sampali, Deli Serdang in April – August 2023. This research uses the Split Plot Design method with two treatment faktors and three replications. The first faktor is the sorghum variety (Bioguma and Samurai 2) and the second faktor is the dose of vermicompost fertilizer (0, 5, 10, 15 ton/ha). The results of this research show that variety treatment can increase plant height, stem diameter, flowering age, seed weight per sample, seed weight per plot, panicle weight per sample, panicle weight per plot, weight of 1000 seeds. Vermicompost fertilizer treatment can increase plant height, stem diameter at flowering age, seed weight per sample, seed weight per plot, panicle weight per sample, panicle weight per plot, weight of 1000 seeds. | en_US |
