Produktivitas Kerja dan Biaya Penyadapan Getah Pinus (Pinus merkusii) di PT. Inhutani V Desa Parik Sabungan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

Abstract

Pine is a tree that produces wood with high economic value and Pine is also a tree that produces wood with high economic value and also produces sap, so it is known as a dual function tree. Tapping pine resin is an activity that provides huge profits and has the potential to provide economic and social benefits for several countries. However, pine sap tapping activities in Parik Sabungan Village have never been studied to see whether their productivity meets expectations or even violates applicable regulations. This research aims to analyze the work productivity of tappers and the costs of tapping pine sap. The population in this study covers the area of the tapping area, with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. This research was carried out by measuring 96 pine trees that were tapped and the production per tree and per branch of tapping carried out by the tapper. The results of the research showed that the average work productivity of the tapper was 20.46 kg/hour. The total cost of tapping per kilogram of pine resin is IDR 44.62.
