Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok di Medan Tahun 1996-2014

Abstract

This research discusses "Noodle Aceh Titi Bobrok" which was famous in the city of Medan and was popular with people both from Aceh and people in Medan. This research aims to reveal the history of Aceh Titi Bobrok noodles, development and contribution to the people of Medan City. Researchers use historical methods starting with topic selection, heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Heuristics is the collection of historical data sources through field studies and literature studies. Criticism is a stage carried out after gathering sources, both internal and external. Interpretation is a stage carried out to reach conclusions. Historiography is the final stage in writing history. The results of this research show that "Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok" is a business founded by a brother and sister using a cart, located on Jl. Setia Budi No.17D Sei Kambing District. Medan Sunggal Medan City. The significant development made Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok successful in purchasing a permanent shophouse with the addition of a food menu and adequate facilities. The contributions made by Mie Aceh Titi Bobrok to the people of Medan City include sharing every Friday, facilitating ambulances, and opening up employment opportunities for the people of Medan City.
