Pengaruh Proses Evaluasi Penawaran, Transparency, Efisiensi, dan Kepuasan Stakeholder terhadap Keakuratan Perkiraan Biaya Pra Tender di Perusahaan Perkebunan Nusantara IV Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the bid evaluation process, transparency, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction on the accuracy of pre-tender cost estimates at Nusantara IV Plantation Company in North Sumatra Province. This study has a population of 41 respondents for employees in the procurement of goods and services. The nonprobability sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so all members of the population are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that partially, the process of evaluating bids, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of pre-tender cost estimates at Nusantara IV Plantation Company in North Sumatra Province, while transparency does not have a significant effect on the accuracy of pre-tender cost estimates in Nusantara IV Plantation Company in North Sumatra Province. Simultaneously, the process of evaluating bids, transparency, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction had a significant effect on the accuracy of the pre-tender cost estimate at the Nusantara IV Plantation Company in North Sumatra Province.
