The implementation of Total Quality Management and Organizational Culture in schools should always be evaluated so that the quality of the school becomes better and it becomes a favorite school. This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing Total Quality Management and Organizational Culture on teacher performance through Work Motivation. The research is conducted at the Satria Nusantara Binjai Vocational High School. This type of research is causal associative The total population and samples studied in this research are 65 respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out via PLS- SEM using the SmartPLS program. The research results show that the implementation of Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Implementation of Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Teacher's Performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher's Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher's Performance. Implementation of Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Teacher's Performance through Work Motivation. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher's Performance through Work Motivation.
