Sirekap Mobile is an application used for vote tallying at Polling Stations (TPS) in the 2024 General Election, developed by the General Election Commission (KPU) to streamline the vote tallying process. However, its implementation faces technical
challenges that may affect public perception of the KPU. This study aims to analyze user sentiment towards the Sirekap Mobile application based on user reviews from the
Google Play Store. The Naïve Bayes method is employed to classify sentiments into positive, neutral, and negative categories, focusing on usability, credibility, and
availability aspects. The dataset consists of reviews collected from the Google Play Store, which undergo preprocessing before analysis. Results are evaluated using a confusion matrix and metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score, achieving a model accuracy of 85%. The sentiment analysis of overall reviews for Sirekap Mobile
on the Google Play Store shows that the usability aspect received positive sentiment from 9.77%, neutral from 63.69%, and negative from 26.54% of reviewers. The credibility aspect received positive sentiment from 1.99%, neutral from 92.32%, and negative from 5.69% of reviewers. The availability aspect received positive sentiment
from 2.98%, neutral from 55.38%, and negative from 41.64% of reviewers. This
research provides insights into public perception of mobile technology implementation in democratic processes in Indonesia and offers recommendations for KPU to enhance the Sirekap application for future elections, as well as for sentiment analysis researchers and IT practitioners.
