Corn is an agricultural commodity that has a positive impact on human and animal needs. Corn is rich in carbohydrates and nutrients, making it an excellent alternative to staple foods. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of variation in thresher tooth spacing of corn sheller machine on the effective capacity of the tool, yield and weight of material left behind. This study used a nonfactorial completely randomized design. The thresher tooth spacing used was 2 cm (S1), 4 cm (S2) and 6 cm (S3). The results of the research on the difference in the distance of threshing teeth on the best effective capacity is a distance of 2 cm amounting to (50.45 kg / hour), on the yield is a distance of 6 cm amounting to (80.77%) and on the weight of the material left in the best tool is a distance of 6 cm amounting to (19.23%). The best threshing tooth distance overall is with a distance of 6 cm.en_US
