The use of feed with high protein content has limitations in price, therefore alternatives are needed. One of them is by utilising Moringa leaves for laying quail. This study aims to determine the use of moringa leaves that are subsumed in quail feed which has an impact on the economic value of a process of raising laying quail. This study used a completely randomised design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replicates, namely P0: without moringa leaves (100% commercial feed), P1 = 96% commercial feed + 4% fermented moringa flour, P2 = 92% commercial feed + 8% fermented moringa flour, P3 = 88% commercial feed + 12% fermented moringa flour. Parameters observed were feed conversion, feed cost, feed price per body weight, economic value of feed, and income over feed cost. The result of the study was the addition of fermented moringa flour to the laying quail feed was able to have a significant effect on all parameters. This indicates that fermented moringa flour is able to reduce feed costs in the process of raising laying quail.
