Palm oil is one of the leading commodities in Indonesia. Indonesia is one of the palm oil producing countries in the world with Indonesian palm oil production in 2020 being 44.8 million tons. The high amount of palm oil production leaves waste which can cause environmental damage. What we can do is convert empty bunch waste into briquettes as alternative energy to replace fossil fuels. This research aims to analyze the Business Model Canvas (BMC) based on Circular Economy, analyze SWOT strategies, analyze business feasibility valuations and analyze sensitivity in the briquette business from the use of Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS). This research method uses qualitative analysis (FGD) and quantitative analysis. To analyze the feasibility of a business, find out the NPV, IRR and payback period values. The research results show that BMC adopting a circular economic system consists of 11 components, namely customer segment, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, revenue stream, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structure, adoption factors, and take-back system. SWOT analysis shows a good strategy, namely providing good quality and utilizing environmental issues to attract consumer interest. The business feasibility analysis also shows that this business is said to be worth pursuing. Sensitivity analysis shows that a 15% reduction in selling price and a 20% increase in operational costs is not worth pursuing.
