Oil palm is one of the plantation commodity crops that has high prospects and positions in the economic sector. This is because oil palm plantations are able to produce oil or fat which has great economic value and is able to increase the welfare of the farmers. The research area was determined purposively with the consideration that Janji Village is one of the villages with the largest palm oil production in West Bilah District. Determination of the sample was determined by simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 40 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the factors influencing the success of oil palm rejuvenation is the size of land and the age of the farmers, while the income and length of farming had no significant effect.en_US
