| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the role of agricultural extension agents as farmer mentors, organizers, technicians, and consultants on the development of horticultural crop farmer groups in Mandalasena Village. The data analysis method used in the research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Smart-PLS 4.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the role of extension as a farmer mentors, organizers and technicians has a significant effect on the development of horticultural crop farmer groups in Mandalasena Village. Meanwhile, the role of extension as a consultant has no significant effect on the development of horticultural crop farmer groups in Mandalasena Village. | en_US |
