This research is titled "News Accuracy in Online Journalism (The Case of the Planned Murder of Brigadier J on the Tvonenews.com News Portal)." The purpose of this study is to find out the news presented by tvOnenews.com related to the premeditated murder of Brigadier J is news that really happened based on facts and to find out the balance of news in the tvOnenews.com news portal. The research method used by the author in this research is qualitative research method. In this study, researchers need an object so that problems can be solved. The object in this research is News Accuracy in Online Journalism (Brigadier J Planned Murder Case). While the subject in this research is the Tvonenews.com News Portal. The results of the research conducted carefully on the news on the Tvonenews.com portal confirmed the balance in the presentation of information. Although the ten news articles analyzed show a high level of factuality, thorough research reveals that this balance involves a number of complex aspects. From the emphasis on a particular point of view, to the balanced representation of the parties involved, and the tendency in the selection of issues reported, all form part of the relevant findings. In-depth analysis of language style, news framing, and reader response further strengthens the findings on balance, opening a window for deeper understanding. The findings are not only limited to the factuality of the news, but also provide a platform for critical reflection on the journalism practices employed by Tvonenews.com. As such, it clearly highlights that significant challenges in the way information is presented are faced by the medium, especially in the context of sensitive cases such as the premeditated murder of Brigadier J
