Response of UMKM Actors Who Participated in BTPN Syariah's "Financial Literacy" Daya Program in Tanjung Jati Village, Binjai District
Abstract
The DAYA "financial literacy" program is a BTPN Syariah CSR program aimed at MSME customers in Tanjung Jati Village, Binjai District. Because basically this program is to help MSME players in understanding to make their business bookkeeping much better, and it is hoped that with this program their business can increase to upgrade, but the facts found are that there are still many MSME players who use financing or business capital loans that are not on target so that there is a thought from them that they only want to make MSME loans but refuse to participate in the "financial literacy" program. So that from this phenomenon, this program received several positive or negative responses from MSME actors who became their customers to actively participate in this program. This study aims to determine how MSME players in Tanjung Jati Village respond to the implementation of the "financial literacy" POWER program as measured by their cognitive, affective, and psychomotor responses. This research method uses non-parametric quantitative statistics with a survey research model from Jhon W. Creswell where researchers try to present a description of the results of quantitative research using a sample of a particular population. This research sample uses the total of the total population of 23 samples and uses paired sample test quantitative testing with a pretest and posttest response research questionnaire model measured in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The results of statistical analysis on the cognitive paired sample test found the average value on their posttest questionnaire 11.00 < from the peretest value of 11.09. Furthermore, the results of the affective paired sample t test, the average pretest value of MSME actors is 10.78> from the results of their posttest value, which is 10.52. And finally the results of the paired sample t test on the psychomotor response, the pretest average was 10.83 < the posttest average value of 11.13.
