Analisis Fungsi Perencanaan terhadap Kebutuhan Tenaga Perawat di RB 2 RSUP Haji Adam Malik

Abstract

Planning as a complete management function is an activity to determine the things you want to achieve or aim for in the future and determine the various stages needed to achieve a goal. Currently there are several new methods and tools used to calculate nursing staff needs. Using the right tools and methods makes the hospital run well both in terms of service quality, administration and finances. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the planning function of nursing staff needs. Based on the results of observations made by the author, the number of patients with partial dependency levels was 31 people, self care was 3 people and a total of 1 person. The results of interviews conducted by the author with heads of rooms found that the number of nursing staff was insufficient if calculated by the need for nursing staff based on the Indonesian health department. There is a difference between the number of nurses in the room and the number of nurses according to the head of the room.
