This research is based on the phenomenon of the decline in the number of
corporate enterprise customers and government agencies for three consecutive
years caused the revenue or profit of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional I Sumatra
from the corporate and government customer segments not yet optimal. Partners
appointed by PT. Telkom is still slow in responding to consumers who want to
complain about the disconnected Indihome service connection at home or
corporation. There are still errors in the work that result in the employee's target
not being achieved this is due to less optimal supervision by superiors. The
purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational
culture, supervision, organizational commitment, and employee performance.
This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The
population in this study was 160 permanent employees from 12 units in PT.
Telkom Regional I Sumatra and the sample of this study were 80 employees,
which were determined by the non-probability sampling technique. Data
collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation
studies. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and
Structural Equation Modeling using SmartLS 3. The results of this study found
that the factors that have positive and significant effect on organizational
commitment are organizational culture and supervision. The factors that have
positive and significant effect on employee performance are organizational
culture, supervision, and organizational commitment. Organizational culture and
supervision affect employee performance through organizational commitment.
