Optimasi Rute Distribusi Liquid Oksigen dengan Mempertimbangkan Probabilitas Terjadinya Perubahan Permintaan Saat Pengiriman di PT. Samator Indo Gas Tbk
Optimization of Liquid Oxygen Distribustion Route By Considering The Probability of Changes in Demand During Delivery at PT. Samator Indo Gas Tbk
Abstract
PT. Samator Indo Gas Tbk is Indonesia’s largest oxygen supplier company with the widest distribution network. In liquid delivery, there is a change in demand for liquid products sent from the company when the product is delivered to the customer. At that time, there is a possibility that there will be an increase or decrease in the number of consumer requests that must be met. This causes the amount of transfer quantity not to match the amount of liquid carried by the company's fleet. If the number of products needed by consumers decreases, this will cause the fleet to bring the remaining liquid back to the factory. If the quantity of products consumers needs decreases, the fleet must return the remaining liquid to the factory. Based on the previous problems, it is necessary to optimize the liquid oxygen distribution route from PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk to customers by considering the probability of changes in demand during delivery at the consumer point using mixed-integer linear programming. This model produces a total vehicle transport load of 275,463 m3 and the total transport costs covered are IDR 4,988,034.
