Coal-fired power plants produce emissions in the form of NOx, SO2, particulates and Hg which can have a negative impact on living things. Modeling is one method used to estimate the impact of an emission. The model used in this research is AERMOD, where this model is steady state and is influenced by existing meteorological conditions. The research location is PLTU Pangkalan Susu (2x200 MW) with parameters NOx, SO2, Particulates and Hg. The aim of this research is to calculate and determine the distribution pattern of NOx, SO2, Particulate and Hg concentrations using AERMOD, determine the differences between models in wet and dry months and to validate the modeling with field observations and to simulate the distribution of impacts. The results showed that the maximum model concentration of NOx was 17.4 μg/m3, SO2 16.2 μg/m3, TSP 4.24 μg/m3 and Hg 0.726 μg/m3. The AERMOD model simulation results show that the impact distribution area in the wet months is towards the southeast and in the dry months towards the northeast. From PLTU Pangkalan Susu. The model validation results have values of d = 0.73 to 0.74, FB = -1.35 to -1.91 and dan RMSPE = 32.61% – 40.25%.
