Technological advances make humans increasingly dependent on cooling systems in their daily lives, for example food and beverage storage, hydroponic cooling systems (aquascape), vaccine storage, electronic component cooling, and others. In general, cooling aims to release heat from a substance so that the temperature becomes lower, change the form of the substance, or maintain its low temperature. This research was carried out with the object of testing, namely the Solar-Based Thermoelectric Cooling Box. The parameters considered during this test are time, solar radiation, temperature inside and outside the box, and the power required during the test. This study examines the effect of cooling water flow rate on the COP of the cooling box. The cooling water flow rates used are 1 LPM, 2 LPM and 3 LPM. The results showed that the COP value of the cooling box using the 1 LPM water flow rate variation was 0.0258, 2 LPM was 0.0155 and 3 LPM was 0.0136.en_US
