The increase in the use of technology is directly proportional to the increase in energy needs. Nowadays, electricity is the most widely used type of energy, necessitating an adequate supply of electrical energy. One alternative that can be utilized is the harvesting of electromagnetic waves as a generator of DC electrical energy. There are many types of transmitters that emit radio waves (RF) tailored to their benefits, such as AM/FM radio transmitters, television stations, cellular base stations, Wi-Fi routers, satellite transmitters, Bluetooth, and other devices that emit radio waves. This inevitably leads to a large number of radio frequency waves present in the environment. One alternative that can be utilized in this situation is to convert electromagnetic waves into a DC voltage power source, commonly known as energy harvesting. This energy harvester uses an antenna to receive signals from satellites or base stations, which are then converted from radio frequency (RF) to DC power using a rectifier. In this research, the rectifier will be designed and analyzed to determine the circuit configuration that can maximize the power output from RF conversion. The average voltage produced during the data collection phase when the television is turned off is 1.385 V, and the output voltage when the television is turned on is 13.497 V. In the energy harvesting system research using C-band satellite and UHF TV frequencies, it is assumed that the output voltage can operate low-power electronic devices. Some types of electronics that are planned to work under these conditions include light sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, humidity sensors, and gas sensors, which can operate within the voltage range of 1V-1.5V.en_US
