Pengaruh Rasio Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Rasio Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kota Bukittinggi

Abstract

Economic growth can run well if it is supported by transparent and accountable financial reports that can be measured by regional financial performance. This research aims to empirically test the influence of local government financial performance as measured by the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio on economic growth in Bukittinggi City in 1994-2023. This research uses time series data for the last 29 years with a multiple linear regression analysis model using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method assisted by using the Eviews 12 program. The data used in this research are the targets and realization of the Bukittinggi City APBD from 1994-2023. The results of this research show that (1) the effectiveness ratio has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bukittinggi City; (2) the efficiency ratio has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bukittinggi City; (3) The influence of the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio simultaneously influences economic growth in Bukittinggi City in 1994-2023.
