Apart from functioning as a source of human life, land also functions as a source of conflict, such as land disputes. One of the crucial problems faced in land administration in Indonesia is overl apping of certified land. Overlapping land with certificates occurs when there are multiple claims or ownership of the same plot of land. Which is strengthened by the existence of valid certificates from different authorities. Complete Systematic Land Regi stration (PTSL), the first simultaneous land registration program, was issued and implemented by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency. Therefore, this research aims to describe how the Complete Systematic L and Registration (PTSL) program in Medan Amplas, Medan City works. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses interviews, observation and documentation to collect data. Using the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) to i mprove the land system at the Medan City National Land Agency. Derivation, presentation, and conclusion are the data analysis techniques used. The author uses the triangulation method and data sources to ensure the correctness of the information. The Compl ete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) has had a positive impact on orderly land administration in Medan Amplas District. The community feels helped by this program, although there are still several obstacles in the document collection process. BP N services are also considered quite good and satisfactory. The community's hope is that this program will continue with more outreach and ease in the administration process. By optimizing resources, improving data quality, strengthening coordination betwe en organizations, ensuring legal compliance, establishing regular evaluation and monitoring, PTSL can make a significant contribution to increasing legal certainty and land administration in the region. Active community participation is key to the success of PTSL. Community groups must be made aware of the benefits of officially registered land ownership, such as legal protection and easier access to public services. The public needs to be encouraged to follow the registration process and provide accurate i nformation to BPN.en_US
