This research aims to determine the influence of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), the level of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits, and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on the investment of public funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia.
This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data sourced from annual reports which are accessed through the official website of each company with a sample size of 9 companies in the 2017-2022 period. The analysis technique used is panel data regression using E-Views software.
The results of this research show that the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive and significant effect on the level of investment of public funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The level of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits does not affect the investment of public funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia. Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a negative and significant effect on investment of public funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), profit sharing rate on mudharabah deposits, and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) have a positive and significant effect on investment of public funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia.
