Perancangan Sistem Informasi Profile Berbasis Website untuk Baper Coffee Shop

Abstract

Baper Coffee Shop, a trendy coffee shop popular among young people, faces challenges in managing its online profile information. Currently, Baper Coffee Shop's profile information is scattered across various social media platforms and third-party websites, making it difficult for customers to find accurate and complete information. This has resulted in a decline in customer service quality and hindered efforts to build a strong brand image. The website-based profile information system designed in this study has proven to be effective in helping Baper Coffee Shop manage its profile information centrally and efficiently. This system has also been shown to improve customer service quality and strengthen Baper Coffee Shop's brand image. This is evidenced by an increase in the number of customers, an increase in online review ratings, and an increase in sales of Baper Coffee Shop products.
