The Effect of Perception of Usefulness Perception of Convenience, Security and Confidentiality on user Satisfaction of E-Filling
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease, security, and confidentiality on e-filing user satisfaction at KPP Medan Polonia. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which involves collecting data through questionnaires distributed to registered individual taxpayers. The results of the study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease have a positive and significant influence on e-filing user satisfaction. In addition, security and confidentiality factors also contribute significantly to the level of user satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of improving the aspects of usefulness, ease, and security and confidentiality to increase e-filing user satisfaction.
