The research uses descriptive method, and the data are collected by distributing questionnaires to 82 female students as the respondents, using random sampling technique. The result of the research shows that 39 respondents (47.6%) have the knowledge in moderate category, 12 respondents (14.6%) are in good category, and 31 respondents (37.8% are in bad category. The respondents with good knowledge understand what SADARI is, its meaning, its benefit, the right time to do it, the way to do it, and the consequence of not doing it. This is in accordance with the research done by Sani, Naab, and Aziato (2016) on women in Sokoto, Nigeria, which states that the majority of the respondents are in moderate category. The research conclusion is that it is still necessary to increase senior high school female students in breast self- examination through education program. It is recommended that the school management collaborate with health care providers in organizing counseling and training about SADARI regularly.
