Pengaruh Personal Background, Political Background, Transparansi Kebijakan Publik, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Pengetahuan Dewan Tentang Anggaran terhadap Peran DPRD dalam Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah di Kabupaten Padang Lawas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Personal Background, Political Background, Transparency of Public Policy, Community Participation and Knowledge of the Council on Budgets on the Role of DPRD in Regional Financial Supervision in Padang Lawas Regency. This type of research is causal associative research. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, the data source used primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly and also via the google form given to respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with statistical program tools (SPSS 26) after testing the classical assumptions are met. Partially the results in this study found that Personal Background, Political Background and Community Participation had no significant effect on the role of DPRD in Regional Financial Supervision in Padang Lawas Regency. Meanwhile, Transparency of Public Policy and Knowledge of the Council on the Budget has a significant positive effect on the role of DPRD in Regional Financial Supervision in Padang Lawas Regency. Simultaneously, the results in this study found that Personal Background, Political Background, Transparency of Public Policy, Community Participation and Knowledge of the Council on Budgets had a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the role of DPRD in Regional Financial Supervision.
