Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Inklusif Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study is to determine how the quality of economic growth that occurred in the district / city in North Sumatra and the factors that encourage an increase in the inclusiveness of economic growth in the district / city in North Sumatra. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in 33 districts / cities in North Sumatra from 2018 -2022. data collection was carried out using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research uses the Poverty Equivalent Growth Rate (PEGR) method by Klasen (2010) and panel data regression. The results showed that the inclusiveness of growth in regencies/municipalities in North Sumatra has not fully occurred. There are still a small number of districts / cities in North Sumatra that have succeeded in achieving inclusive growth. In this study, per capita income has a positive and significant effect in supporting the acceleration of economic growth inclusiveness in North Sumatra, while HDI and regional expenditure have a negative and insignificant effect.
