This research aims to determine the ability of earthworm flour (Lumbricus rubellus) as a substitute for commercial antibiotics in increasing the percentage of carcass and abdominal fat of kampung super chickens infected with Salmonella sp. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and six replications, namely control (P0), Salmonella sp.0.4ml infection without antibiotics (P1), Trimezyn-S antibiotics + Salmonella sp.0.4ml infection (P2), 50 mg/kg earthworm meal + Salmonella sp.0.4ml infection (P3), and 100 mg/kg earthworm meal + Salmonella sp.0.4ml infection (P4). The results of the study showed that 100 mg earthworm flour (P4) could increase slaughter weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage of super native chickens in super native chickens infected with Salmonella sp. and can replace the use of antibiotics. However, it has no real effect on the fat percentage of kampung super chicken.
