The aim of this research is to determine differences in farmer income, the factors that influence farmers to switch farming from coffee to carrots, and determine the feasibility of farming carrots. Location determination is carried out purposively. The sample size used was determined using the Sencus method at 60 coffee farmers. The analytical methods used in this research are Paired T-Test, Logistic Regression, and R/C Ratio. The results of the research show that there is a difference in farmers' income before and after transitioning to farming, where the average income of farmers when farming coffee is IDR 75.860.188,-/year and income from carrot farming IDR 315.031.633,-/year. and the feasibility of farming carrots in Sukanalu Village is feasible, where the R/C Ratio results are 14.072 > 1.
