Tingkat Kepuasan Petani Nenas terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian (Kasus: Desa Siabal-Abal I, Kecamatan Sipahutar, Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of interest of farmers and the performance of agricultural extension services and farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural instructors in Siabal-abal I Village. The analytical methods used are IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the calculation results, it was obtained that the average performance level of agricultural instructors in Siabal-abal I Village was 3.24 which was in the scale range of 2.60 – 3.39, indicating that the performance of the instructors was quite good and the level of interest of farmers was 3.89 which was in the range a scale of 3.40 – 4.19 states that the level of interest of the instructor is important. Based on the CSI calculation results which can be seen in the table, the CSI results obtained for the performance attributes of field instructors in Siabal-abal I Village were 64.90%. This value is in the range 60% CSI ≤ 80%. These figures identify that in general farmers in the Siabal-abal I Village working area are in the satisfied category.
