Analisa Kegagalan Bucket Elevator untuk Pengoptimalan Interval Waktu Kegagalan dengan Metode RCM
Failure Analysis of Bucket Elevators for Optimization of Failure Interval Using RCM Method
Abstract
An effective and efficient material transfer system is really needed to make it easier for people to complete a job. One of them is the Bucket Elevator. Bucket elevators are material moving machines for moving solid materials in vertical paths. To avoid disturbances that can cause permanent damage, maintenance needs to be carried out, so the reliability method (Reliability Centered Maintenance) is suitable to be applied to machines that work continuously. Based on the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: For the Chain section, the age parameter (α) is 116.47. The shape parameter (β) is 1.58. Density is 0.0054, cumulative distribution is 0.1052, reliability is 0.8948, damage rate is 0.0061. For the Sprocket section, the age parameter (α) is 157.20. The shape parameter (β) is 7.2. Density is 0.0068, cumulative distribution is 0.1191, reliability is 0.8809, damage rate is 0.0077. For the Bucket section, the age parameter (α) is 243.85. The shape parameter (β) is 2.76. Density is 0.0024, cumulative distribution is 0.0992, reliability is 0.9008, damage rate is 0.0026. For the Gear Box section, the age parameter (α) is 226.91. The shape parameter (β) is 2.69. Density is 0.0026, cumulative distribution is 0.0992, reliability is 0.9008, damage rate is 0.0029.
