dc.description.abstract | In 2023, the Sapadia Hotel building project which has been stopped for 7-
8 years will be continued. So that the Sapadia Hotel building must be re-analyzed
to check whether there are changes in the quality of concrete, structures, and
others. Plus the Sapadia hotel building is designed using SNI 1726: 2012
earthquake regulations while the latest earthquake regulations are SNI 1726:
2019.
In this study, the time history and spectra response analysis methods were
used to check the performance results of the Sapadia Hotel building structure. To
perform analysis and modeling of the Sapadia Hotel Building, the MIDAS GEN
2023 software is used.
The maximum displacement value of the spectral response for the X
(0.1046 m) and Y (0.0043 m) directions. Then from the time history earthquake
maximum displacement values for the Kobe earthquake in the X direction (0.1125
m) and Y direction (0.0068 m); Imperial Valley in the X direction (0.1035 m) and
Y direction (0.0558 m); Parkfield in the X direction (0.0899 m) and Y direction
(0.0677 m); Northridge in the X direction (0.0761 m) and Y direction (0.0566 m);
San Fernando in the X direction (0.0737 m) and Y direction (0.00514 m).
Interstory Drift examination obtained maxiumum story drift ratio values
for X direction in Spektra Response (0.0149), Imperial Valley (0.0158), Parkfield
(0.0116), Northridge (0.0108) and San Fernando (0.0116). For the Y-direction, the
spectral responses are (0.0054), Imperial Valley (0.0011), Parkfield (0.0097),
Northridge (0.0086) and San Fernando (0.0083). Of the 6 earthquakes, the Kobe
earthquake still does not meet the requirements of SNI 1726:2019 regulations
because the story drift ratio at the Mezzanine floor exceeds the permissible story
drift ratio threshold (0.0158 > 0.015). | en_US |
