Abstract

This research aims to find out how Village Information System Management is Based on Local Wisdom in Kutarayat Village. The problem faced by Kutarayat Village is the unavailability of local wisdom data in the village information system which can be seen from several comments from the Kutarayat village community found in the Kutarayat village information system, especially data regarding community institutions such as agricultural institutions and youth organizations. These two institutions have an important role in supporting environmental and cultural sustainability which is local wisdom in Kutarayat village. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, secondary data, documentation and literature study. Furthermore, this research uses management information system theory according to DeLone and McLean, the indicators of which are information quality and system user satisfaction. The informants for this research consist of the village head, village secretary, as well as the Kutarayat village information system operator, the chairman of the Kutarayat village community institution, and several village residents kutarayat. The results of this research show that the governance of the village information system based on local wisdom in Kutarayat village is still not fully running well, this is measured based on the indicators taken, namely the quality of information and satisfaction of system users, where the government has not been able to manage the quality of information through the availability of wisdom data. local knowledge in the village information system and system user satisfaction which is based on inadequate human resources in the village government and a lack of understanding of the village information system, so that local wisdom data management in Kutarayat village has not been able to adapt to technological advances such as the village information system.
