Pola Rekrutmen Partai Solidaritas Indonesia dalam Pencalonan Legislatif di Tanah Karo Pemilu 2024

Abstract

This research focuses on the Recruitment Pattern of the Indonesian Solidarity Party in the Nomination of Legislative Candidates in Tanah Karo for the 2024 Election. This research aims to find out how the Recruitment Pattern carried out by the Indonesian Solidarity Party in Tanah Karo. The Indonesian Solidarity Party, known as the party of young people, will certainly carry out its function as a means of political recruitment. The recruitment pattern of legislative candidates for the Indonesian Solidarity Party Tanah Karo must be well designed in order to produce quality human resources. This research method uses qualitative research where researchers use interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is that the Indonesian Solidarity Party of Tanah Karo uses a Lateral (Open) recruitment pattern where the Indonesian Solidarity Party provides equal opportunities for every community who wants to run for legislative candidates, both from internal parties and external parties through a selection process.
