dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine whether the female workforce with the variables of women as professional workers, the average length of schooling of women, and also the wages of female laborers have an influence on Indonesia’s economic growth in 2017-2022. The type of research used in this study is mathematical quantitative research using various systematic formulas. The data presented in this study are secondary data with the regression method used is the panel data regression method using the Random Effect Model with a time span of 2017-2022 in 34 province in Indonesia. The results obtained from this study that women as professional labor had no effect on Indonesia’s economic growth in 2017-2022, and women’s labor wages had a negative and significant effect on Indonesia’s economic growth in 2017-2022.en_US
