The Cinta Baca Library Medan recognizes the importance of cultivating reading habits from an early age through the KEJAR Program. This research aims to examine the implementation of the KEJAR Program in improving children's reading interest at the Cinta Baca Library Medan. Using a qualitative method, data was collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The findings indicated that the KEJAR Program was effective in enhancing children's reading interest. The program benefited from competent and dedicated human resources, adequate facilities, and a variety of creative activities that attracted children to reading. The KEJAR Program consisted of several core activities, including Kejar Baca, Kejar Cerdas, and Kejar Sehat, all designed to foster strong reading habits from an early age. These activities not only boosted children's reading interest but also engaged families and the surrounding community in creating an environment that supported a culture of literacy. The successful implementation of the KEJAR Program at the Cinta Baca Library Medan demonstrates that with the right strategies, libraries can play a significant role in improving community literacy.
