The development of a company greatly depends on the performance of the
human resources within the company. Situational leadership possessed by the
company leaders, along with the motivation and job satisfaction of the employees,
are important factors that can enhance the overall performance of the company.
However, there has been a decline in employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Unit Marihat in recent times. This is due to the lack of attention and
appreciation given by the management, as well as the lack of motivation and job satisfaction among the employees.
This study aims to analyze the relationship between the variables of Situational Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance among employees at PTPN IV Regional II Unit Marihat. The study also aims to analyze the impact of these three variables on Employee Performance at the company.
The research was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 40 employees who also represent the population of PTPN IV Regional II Unit Marihat, supported by secondary data such as various books, journal articles, and previous research. The data were then analyzed using instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing as tools for data interpretation.
The researcher found that the variables of Situational Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction have a significant and directly proportional influence on the changes in Employee Performance, with a correlation and
influence level of 97.1% and 93.7%, respectively. The results of the study indicate that factors related to these three variables are the causes of employee turnover at PTPN IV Regional II Unit Marihat.
