dc.description.abstract | Anthropology and literature have the same objects and discussions, namely anthropology and literature both pay attention to aspects of humans and all their behavior. The Si Boru Naitang folklore as a form of literary work contains storytelling that describes various cultural values in people's lives in the folklore. For this reason, this research will examine the cultural values contained in the Si Boru Naitang folklore using a literary anthropology approach. The research results found that there are many cultural values contained in the Si Boru Naitang folklore. These cultural values are grouped based on five categories of human relationships in culture, namely: (1) cultural values in human relationships with God, (2) cultural values in human relationships with nature, (3) cultural values in human relationships with society, ( 4) cultural values in human relationships with other people, (5) cultural values in human relationships with themselves. The conclusion of this research is that there are many cultural values found in the Si Boru Naitang folklore, namely (1) cultural values in human relations with nature, (2) cultural values in human relations with society which include the value of deliberation, the value of justice, and the value of customs, (3) cultural values in human relationships with other people which include the value of love, the value of helping, the value of harmony, and the value of obeying parents, (4) cultural values in human relationships with themselves, which include the value of responsibility and the value of honesty. | en_US |
