This study aims to determine the effect of income level, interest rate level,
and exchange rate on the demand for term deposits at Conventional Commercial
Banks in Indonesia.
The type of data in this study is quantitative data in the form of numbers
explaining the variables studied in the form of data on the amount of income,
interest rate, and exchange rate on the demand for time deposits at Conventional
Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This study aims to explain the phenomenon in
the form of relationships between variables, regarding the influence and causal
relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The data
analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS.
The results of this study based on the t-test show that the income level
variable has no significant effect, the interest rate variable has a significant effect
and the exchange rate variable has a significant effect. And the results of the f test
show that overall the variable (x) has no significant effect on the demand for time
deposits.
