Organizing and storing records becomes effective when a company has an appropriate system, ensuring accessibility and security of information. The problem in this research is how the procedures for structuring archives make it easier to search for archives and procedures for structuring archives that are categorized as good and correct. This research aims to find out archive structuring procedures to facilitate archive searches, and to find out archive structuring procedures that are categorized as good and correct. The research method that the author uses is secondary data. The data collection methods used are observation and documentation. In this research the author analyzes the data descriptively, namely describing the collected data as it is. Archive management procedures include: archive storage system, archive storage, and archive retrieval. The obstacle faced in the process of arranging archives to make it easier to search for archives is that sometimes archivists are not careful in storing archives so that archives that have been stored take time to be found again. Based on this discussion, the author can draw the conclusion that the archiving system at the Palm Oil Research Center Collaboration and Research Support Library (UKDP) is largely in accordance with existing theory but there are still various obstacles. Good archive management can facilitate office activities and of course make it easier to search for archives. The advice that can be given by the author is that archivists should be more careful in storing archives to make it easier to retrieve archives.
