Children are the next generation of this nation. They are expected to have good character. However, it cannot be denied that there are still children who have negative behavior, one of which is the perpetrator of immoral behavior. Based on the data, there is an increase in the number of children who are perpetrators of sinful acts in LPKA throughout Indonesia. This research aims to see the background to the occurrence of deviant immoral behavior by children at LPKA Class I Medan. This research is research. Qualitative research is descriptive research—data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of images and sound. The informants in this research consisted of key informants, namely the Head of the Education and Skills Training Sub-Section of LPKA Class I Medan and the Development Staff at LPKA Class I Medan. The main informants were five children assisted at LPKA Class I Medan with cases of immorality. Additional informants are the families of the assisted children. The research results show that children's bad relationships have a big influence on their actions and character. Children try to fit in by joining in with their friends' activities. Besides that, there is a sense of curiosity within the child from what he sees and learns which is an immoral act. The child's family also pays less attention, which means the child spends a lot of time outside.
