The COVID-19 pandemic was an unexpected global phenomenon that put both the world economy and public health into crisis (Bartik, et al 2020). Fear and uncertainty came instantly as the coronavirus disease spread around the world causing many countries to worry about an impending economic recession. The Indonesian government has responded with an action plan as stated in PP No. 21 of 2020 in the context of Large-Scale Social and Physical Restrictions to control the surge in coronavirus cases affecting workplaces, schools, religious/public activities, and facilities (Fitriasari, 2020). This of course also affects MSME players who experience a drastic decrease in income.en_US
