Hornbills have high ecological functions, yet data on the diversity of hornbill species in Aceh Province, including at the Soraya Research Station area, are still very limited. The aim of this research is to identify hornbill species and to analyze the diversity index, species evenness, and dominance of hornbills (Bucerotidae) found at Soraya Research Station. Data collection was carried out using direct observation and indirect observation methods based on sound and interviews. The results obtained from direct observation are the rhinoceros hornbill Buceros rhinoceros), the helmeted hornbill (Rhinoplax vigil), the white crowned hornbill (Anthracoceros albirostris), the black hornbill (Anthracoceros malayanus), and the wreathed hornbill (Rhyticeros undulatus). Based on interview results, the species found are the great hornbill (Buceros bicornis), the wrinkled hornbill (Anorrhinus galeratus), the bushy crested hornbill (Berenicornis comatus), and the wrinkled hornbill (Rhabdotorhinus corrugatus). The results of the data analysis of the species diversity index were 1.41, which means a high index value, the species evenness index was 0.88, which means high evenness, and the dominance value was 0.271, which means low hornbill dominance.
