A screenhouse study that treats cow teeth ash as an alternative substitute for P fertilizer. This study aims to examine the effect of cow teeth ash application as a source of P on increasing the available P of Ultisol soil and the growth of corn (Zea mays L.) plants. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two treatment factors, the first factor is P fertilizer: Control (0 ppm), TSP Fertilizer (200 ppm P), and Cow teeth ash (200 ppm P). The second factor is the incubation period: 10 days (D1) and 20 days (D2); and has 4 replications (blocks). The parameters observed in the soil are pH H20 and available P; in plants are plant height, dry weight of the shoot, dry weight of the root and plant P absorption. The results showed that cow teeth ash can increase soil available P, plant height, dry weight of the shoot, dry weight of the root and plant P absorption better than TSP fertilizer. So that cow teeth ash has the potential to be a P fertilizer for plants.en_US
