dc.description.abstract | The use of superior varieties and good fertilization is needed to increase
plant growth. This research aims to determine the effect of vermicompost dosage
on the growth and production of three varieties of green mustard. This research
was carried out at coordinates 3°29'27"N 98°39'45"E with an altitude of ± 60
meters above sea level using polybags, from July 2024 to August 2024. This
research uses a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). consists of 2
factors with 3 replications. The first factor was three green mustard varieties :
Kumala, Shinta F1 and Tosakan. The second factor was dosage vermicompost
with 4 levels : 0, 15, 30 and 45 tons/ha. Tosakan variety actually produces the
highest plant height, Kumala variety actually produces the highest number of
leaves. Vermicompost dosage of 45 tons/ha significantly resulted the highest plant
height, number of leaves, shoot fresh weight, selling fresh weight, root fresh
weight and harvest index. The interaction between the three varieties and
vermicompost dosage had no significant effect on all observed parameters. | en_US |
