Panaek Bungkulan pada Etnik Batak Angkola/Mandailing: Kajian Kearifan Lokal

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Panaek Bungkulan In The Batak Angkola/Mandailing Ethnic: A Study of Local Wisdom". The purpose of writing this thesis is to describe the stages in panaek bungkulan, and describe the value of local wisdom in panaek bungkulan. In this thesis, the method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The theory used in this thesis is the theory of local wisdom put forward by Robert Sibarani. Based on the results of the study, there are several stages in the implementation of panaek bungkulan starting from a meeting of relatives, inviting the dalihan natolu party, applying coconut milk to the wooden ridge, wrapping the wooden ridge with ulos abit godang, raising the wooden ridge, raising bananas, raising sugar cane, raising coconuts, raising kundur, planting banana trees, and eating together. And there are 11 local wisdom values in Panaek Bungkulan, namely politeness, social solidarity, commitment, gratitude, hard work, discipline, cultural preservation and creativity, and caring for the environment.
