The purpose of this research is to understand the librarians’ perceptions regarding the
use of the INLISLite version 3.0 application. The research method used is descriptive
with a qualitative approach, involving interviews with three librarians. This research
method includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study
explain three indicators, including the Absorption of Object Stimuli, where librarians
have experienced various challenges, such as network issues while using the
INLISLite application. The second indicator is Librarian Understanding, where most
librarians comprehend various features of the INLISLite application, such as the
bibliography, circulation, membership, and report features, although one librarian has
a limited understanding of these features. The third indicator is Librarian Assessment
and Evaluation, where most librarians rate the application positively. Librarians can
define the differences in data input using simple forms and MARC forms. From these
three perception indicators, it can be concluded that librarians positively perceive the
use of the INLISLite version 3.0 application at the Library and Archives Department
of Asahan Regency.
