Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Besar Medan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accounting information system, leadership style, job motivation and internal control on the performance of employee. Data obtained in the form of primary data from PT. Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Medan Main Office. As for which a sample of this study were 50 respondents. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression. Sampling method that used was purposive sampling. Quality data test that used in this study were validity test and reliability test of questionnaire statement. Whereas for tested the hypothesis in this study were used determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The result of this study showed that the variables of accounting information system, leadership style, job motivation and internal control simultaneously affect the performance of employee, and internal control affect the performance of employee partially. The result of determination coefficient test in the amount of 50,4% while the remaining 49,6% affected by other variables that are not examined.
